FAQs
The Eleventh Edit is a slow fashion brand, and our garments are offered on a pre-order basis only. This approach allows us to produce our collections responsibly, work closely with our manufacturers, and maintain a high level of quality and craftmanship.
Select your pieces and check out as usual. Payment is taken in full at checkout, with all orders placed on a pre-order basis. Once the Pre-Order List has been filled, we place the order with our factory and production begins. From that point, delivery typically takes around 8-12 weeks. We’ll keep you updated throughout, with clear information on progress and expected timelines. When your items are ready, they’ll be couriered to customers via DPD Next Day delivery (excluding public holidays).
A closed Pre-Order List means the collection has reached its required order numbers and production has now been confirmed with the factory. At this stage, we are no longer accepting new pre-orders for that item or collection.
In some select cases, limited pieces may become available again due to returns or cancellations. If this happens, we’ll notify anyone who has signed up to be informed. Availability is on a first come, first served basis and is not guaranteed.
No. Once a collection has been archived, it is no longer available to order. Generally speaking, we do not restock past collections.
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before we dispatch your order by contacting us in writing via email. If you cancel before your order has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Once your order has been dispatched, no further changes can be made to your order and our standard Returns Policy will apply.
All of our garments are designed with a relaxed fit. Pieces are intentionally slightly oversized and often include stretch, or versatile elements such as an adjustable waist band, to improve comfort and fit. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down. For a more detailed breakdown, visit our Sizing page.
We use only natural and low-impact fibres for main materials, including cotton, linen, wool, viscose and cashmere. We never use, or blend with, polyester, acrylic, or any other plastic-based fibres.
Every collection is designed in the UK by our founder, Fiona, working alongside experienced fashion designers in London.
Our garments are produced by a carefully selected manufacturing partner in Guangzhou, China, working to our specifications and quality standards.
At present, our collections are available exclusively online via our online boutique: theeleventhedit.com.
We officially release two collections each year: one for Spring/Summer and one for Autumn/Winter.
Not at this time. We currently ship within the UK only.
No, The Eleventh Edit does not currently operate any physical retail locations.
To keep things fair for everyone, and to prevent resale at inflated prices, we limit purchases to a maximum of two pieces per product, per customer. The two-piece limit enables customers to try more than one size. For help with sizing, please see our size guide or contact us for assistance.
