Delivery

The Eleventh Edit is a slow fashion brand, and our garments are offered on a waitlist and pre-order basis only. This approach allows us to manage stock levels responsibly with our manufacturers and maintain strict quality control, particularly while we are growing. 

Since all orders are taken as pre-orders, we do not offer next day or express delivery, and there is no standard immediate dispatch service. Once you join a pre-order list, your pre-order is confirmed, and the order is placed with the factory when the pre-order list has been filled. From that point, production and delivery typically take around 8-12 weeks. You will be kept fully informed throughout the process with regular updates on progress and expected delivery timelines. Once your items are ready to be shipped to you, they will be dispatched via a tracked delivery service, which typically takes 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch (excluding public holidays). We charge a flat shipping fee of £6.95 for orders placed within mainland UK.

Standard delivery applies to mainland UK only. For non-mainland UK locations, including the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Scottish Highlands and Islands (including Orkney and Shetland), additional delivery charges may apply. We will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional costs.
